What Americans Really Think About The Environment.

Believing that environmental resources are becoming increasingly constrained, we often point to the need for corporations to drive toward a more sustainable future. However, it’s important to also note the dramatic rise in (and extent to which) people also feel responsible for the environment.

What will it mean for transactional businesses — and a GDP dominated by consumer spending —  if 70% of Americans now believe they cause the world’s environmental issues because of overconsumption, 85% say that we need to make major changes in the way we live to protect the environment, and 91% state that the way we live produces too much waste?
