Opening Up A World Of Color Where There Was None.

No Comment 24 Views

After watching a particularly spectacular sunrise this morning I realized that most of us probably take color for granted, yet there are 300 million people in the world who suffer from color blindness. It’s hard to imagine what it feels like but for a moment, look around you and picture a world without red, or green. In a bold campaign to bring color to the colorblind, Valspar Paints teamed up with EnChroma, a manufacturer of color blindness correcting glasses, to gift this special eyewear to a number of colorblind individuals while raising awareness about color’s impact on our lives. With a mission to bring color to those who don’t have it and to remind those who do to appreciate it, people were invited to share their (very heartfelt) stories on the ‘Color For All‘ site alongside a short documentary of individuals seeing color for the very first time. The result is beautiful.
